SHIPPING POLICY
At Catalyst Data Solutions, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET are generally processed for shipment the same business day. Overnight orders receive priority handling. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are typically processed on the next business day. Ground shipping orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process, although we make every effort to process them the same day whenever possible.

We offer multiple shipping options (FedEx or UPS), including:
- Saturday Delivery
- Next Day AM Service
- Next Day Service
- 2-Day Service
- 3-Day Service
- Ground Shipping
Ground shipping is available within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, with estimated delivery times of 1 to 7 business days depending on destination and shipping origin. Transit times are based on business days only and do not include Saturdays or Sundays unless Saturday delivery has been specifically purchased. Catalyst Data Solutions may ship from multiple warehouse or partner locations, and not all products ship from the same state.
Delays & Delivery Conditions
While we work with trusted carriers, delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other conditions outside our control. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, regardless of carrier estimates. If a shipment arrives later than expected due to carrier-related issues beyond our control, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact customer service before placing your order.
Shipping Address Requirements
For security and verification purposes, the shipping and billing addresses must match, unless the customer has obtained approval from the credit card issuer for an alternate shipping address before placing the order. Shipments are generally sent only to the cardholder’s home or business address. In certain cases, Catalyst Data Solutions may allow shipment to an alternate address.
Restricted Delivery Locations
We do not ship to:
- Hotel guests
- P.O. Boxes
- UPS Stores or similar third-party pickup locations
Please ensure your shipping address is valid and eligible before placing an order.
Undeliverable Shipments
Ground shipments returned as undeliverable are subject to an $11.00 re-shipping fee. Additional charges may apply if upgraded shipping is requested for re-delivery. Customers requesting shipping upgrades should contact customer service directly.
International Shipping
International sales are available on a business-to-business basis only. International orders must exceed $500.00. Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid FedEx or UPS account, as international shipments are sent using the customer’s carrier account. All international orders must be prepaid by wire transfer. After an order is placed, Catalyst Data Solutions will provide wire transfer instructions by email. All international sales are subject to applicable U.S. export control laws, sanctions laws, and shipping restrictions, and Catalyst Data Solutions reserves the right to refuse any international order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
