Cisco C3850-NM-4-10G 4-Port 10G Network Module

The Cisco C3850-NM-4-10G is a hot-swappable network uplink module designed to expand connectivity on the Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series switches. It adds four 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ ports, each backward compatible with 1 Gigabit SFP transceivers, enabling flexible and scalable uplink capabilities. Moreover, the module installs into the 3850’s uplink slot to boost performance and bandwidth without disrupting existing switch operations—and is supported on 48‑port Gigabit models and all 12‑port or higher 10G variants.

The module comes with the Integrated wireless controller capability that allows the module to function as a wireless controller for wireless access points (WAPs).
