2. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention

All information collected is used solely for fraud prevention and order verification and is kept confidential. Orders identified as high-risk may be declined or require payment via wire transfer.

3. Product Availability & Order Fulfillment

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. "Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability."

While Catalyst Data Solutions makes every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability may change without notice due to demand, supplier constraints, or system discrepancies.

In the event that an item is unavailable or insufficient in quantity after an order is placed, Catalyst Data Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Fulfill the available portion of the order
  • Place the remaining items on backorder
  • Offer a comparable replacement product
  • Cancel the affected portion of the order and issue a refund

Catalyst Data Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from product unavailability or delayed fulfillment.

4. Pricing & Product Availability

Catalyst Data Solutions continuously updates product offerings and pricing.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Discontinue or revise products without notice

All software and licensed products are subject to their respective license agreements.

5. Product Condition & Disclosure

Catalyst Data Solutions is an independent reseller of IT hardware. Unless explicitly stated:

  • We are not an authorized reseller or distributor of manufacturers
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by manufacturers

Products sold may be:

  • New / Refurbished / Reconditioned

These products may differ from new items in:

  • Appearance/ Packaging/ Performance/ Warranty coverage

Manufacturer warranties may not apply to products purchased from independent resellers.

11. Late Payments & Collections

A late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, may be applied to balances more than 30 days past due.

If an account is sent to collections, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including collection fees.

12. Limitation of Liability

Catalyst Data Solutions is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss or corruption of data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

13. Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Environmental damage (heat, humidity, electrical issues)
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by other equipment
  • Data loss or recovery costs

Warranty is void if:

  • Product labels are removed or tampered with
